This report is addressed to D. A. Herron the manager of the Tomboy Gold Mines and discusses mine tailings, amalgamation, and the processes and costs associated with mining in Telluride. The report is from Burch, Caetani and Hershey and was likely written by Caetani given previous correspondence included in this collection and the initials at the bottom.
